Hi, I’m Molly, a fitness and nutrtion professional, and mom of four.
For the past twenty years, I’ve worked with a variety of groups in the fitness world. As a certified athletic trainer, personal trainer, and nutrition coach, I’ve created programs for everyone from elite athletes to busy moms on the go, and even factory workers aiming to prevent injuries.
